Refunds & Shipping

• There is no return for change of mind. Returns are eligible for defective or damaged items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item (according to the tracking).
• Print books are printed to order and shipped by our print fulfillment partner, BookVault. Print time is usually 72 working hours. After books are printed, they are packaged and shipped directly to you by the shipping method you choose at checkout. Rates and delivery times will vary depending on your delivery address and shipping method.
• Please ensure you fill in your name and address, as it should appear on a package.
• Refunds are sent once book has been received by seller in same condition as it was sent out. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• All eBook orders are delivered via BookFunnel.
